Han Qing was waiting for her in the living room. The little lady was lowering her head in front of him as she came out. She was stammering when she spoke, “W-Why are you… looking for me?” She was so nervous.
Han Qing pursed his lips and started saying after a moment, “I need to head to the company soon. There’ll be a meeting at 2.30 PM, and it’ll end around 3.30 PM.”
Yan, who had her head lowered, felt puzzled after hearing this. Why would he tell me this so suddenly? Meeting… What does this have to do with me?
“After the meeting, my schedule is free.”
Yan was even more puzzled now. She could not help but lift her head and look at him confusingly. Han Qing felt a little exasperated as he looked at her innocent look. However, he thought that it might not be a good thing, so a trace of a smile appeared in his eyes. “Do you want to accompany me to the office?”

As such, she immediately got a hold of herself and explained, “What I mean is, I can go since I’m free as well.” She regretted it after explaining herself. Why am I talking so much? It would be awkward if she did not explain, but it seemed like she was trying to hide something obvious after she explained. Yan wanted to cut her tongue out so badly.
Later on, she followed Han Qing into the car and they left after fastening their seat belts. There was a large and small figure beside the French windows on the second floor of the villa. They were watching Han Qing and Yan as both of them left the place.
Little Bean lifted his head and looked at Han Muzi. “Mommy, is Aunt Yan being promoted to become my aunt?”
After hearing the way Little Bean addressed her, Han Muzi found it exceptionally pleasing. She curled the corners of her lips and reached out to rub Little Bean’s head. “I suppose it should be quite soon.”
“Okay.” Little Bean nodded. “Then after this, I can just go to Aunty Yan’s place to eat and drink freely now.”
Han Muzi was speechless. Why would her son only think of eating and drinking at other people’s places?

Han Qing and Yan went into the company together. The front desk receptionist recognized the woman with President Han as the one who delivered food to them previously. She thought she was mistaken, but Yan’s eyes met hers at that moment. The front desk receptionist immediately retracted her gaze guiltily after a look.
She had not forgotten what happened previously when she and a bunch of other people were trying to cause trouble for her. If the delivery girl was here to get back at them, she would probably be the first one on the list. Su Jiu was stunned when she noticed another person in the office, then she smiled understandingly. “President Han, do you need me to postpone your meetings?”
“No need.” Han Qing glanced at Su Jiu lightly and said coldly, “You go get ready first. I’ll be there later.”
“No problem.” Su Jiu looked at Yan meaningfully before she left. Yan was extremely awkward and immediately retracted her eyes.
The office was left with only the both of them after Su Jiu left. The coldness in Han Qing’s tone lessened considerably. “I’ll be back after the meeting. Wait for me here?” He looked at her and asked straightforwardly.
Yan subconsciously nodded. “Yeah, sure.” She was left alone in the office after Han Qing left. Yan blinked her eyes and looked around—everything seemed surreal. Why did he bring me to his office? Yan was unable to think properly before this as she was always with him. She could finally calm herself down and start to think about it after Han Qing left for his meeting.
According to what Han Qing said before, he would be free after the meeting and he asked her to wait for him here. Was it because… there was something that he wanted to tell her?
