Jared, with the Dragonslayer Sword in hand, slowly ascended the staircase.
“Mr. Chance, I’m afraid this might not work. I can’t even break this restriction.”
Cyanna expressed her worries.
“Don’t worry, even if I can’t break this restriction, I won’t get hurt,” he assured.
Jared ascended the stairs, smiling.
Since Jared was not one to suppress others, even when he ascended the stairs, he was unable to trigger any restrictions.
“You guys go ahead first,” he instructed. “Once you’re up there, don’t move around recklessly. Wait for me to break through this restriction!”
Jared instructed Cloud and the others to proceed to the fourth floor, as he was going to break the restriction between the third and fourth floors.
In that case, Cyanna could now access the fourth floor.
Meanwhile, Jared was figuring out how to leave the tower.
Cloud and his companions nodded in
agreement before proceeding to the fourth floor. Meanwhile, Jared turned to Cyanna and said, “Ms. Cyanna, could you activate the restriction? I’ll break it open!”
“Alright!” Cyanna nodded, then slowly ascended the staircase.
The moment Cyanna stepped onto the staircase, a humming sound resonated, followed by a flash of white light. Subsequently, in the surrounding void, countless tiny mysterious runes emerged. These runes radiated a strange power, which directly sent Cyanna flying.
Upon witnessing the situation, Jared swiftly swung his hand. As he did so, an array of array runes simultaneously emerged in his palm.
In an instant, Jared’s palm struck the restriction. Two types of runes began to clash fiercely.
The void itself began to tremble.

Cloud gave a nod.
No sooner had Cloud’s words fallen than a figure suddenly lunged toward those magical items.
It was the lightning beast. This creature was unable to contain itself at the sight of these magical items.
