“He left the party but not necessarily this place. Can you bring me to him?”
Xiao Su thought about it and nodded in the end. “Come with me then.”
Xiao Su brought her around the empty corridor, and Shen Qi followed him as she suppressed her discomfort. She was eager to meet Ye Moxuan and was so desperate that she hoped that Ye Moxuan would appear before her eyes.
Xiao Su led her and took a turn. He then opened a room, but the room was empty. There was no one in there.
“It seems like Young Master Ye has left!”
“Will he be heading to the parking lot? Bring me to the parking lot.” Shen Qi bit her lower lips as she stared at the empty room.
“Okay, let’s go!”
Xiao Su rushed to the parking lot with Shen Qi. After all, as long as there was still a slight hope, he would try his best to bring Shen Qi to Ye Moxuan. Ye Moxuan’s expression and aura was unusual that night, and if Second Young Lady didn’t appear, he had a feeling that something bad would happen.

But the car was going really fast, and it was a distance away from them. They ran as fast as they could but still didn’t manage to catch it.
Shen Qi felt as if there were ants biting in her entire body, so she ran as fast as she could and hoped that she could catch up with Ye Moxuan’s car or that he would stop.
But it didn’t. The distance between them got farther and farther until she could barely see the car.

Shen Qi accidentally tripped on her own skirt and fell forward. With a loud bang, she fell onto the cold, hard ground.

When she looked up again, the car was already gone.
