She was still in a half-conscious state; she kept warning Han Qing to run while grabbing his hand, unable to stop mumbling about the fire in her nightmare.

In the midst of it, the doctor had come to check in on her once. According to him, her behavior was a result of the catatonic shock she suffered during the fire. The doctor wanted to give Yan a sedative, but because she was pregnant, he decided against the idea in the end. The doctor had no choice but to ask Han Qing to spend more time taking care of her, talking to her and calming her down.
Her condition continued until Luo Huimei and Mr. Zhou came to visit her. By the time they arrived, Yan still couldn’t sleep very well.

Not long after that, the man Han Qing had sent to investigate the incident received an email from a stranger; it was CCTV footage. Upon clicking the video, the man saw the makeup artist conversing with a stranger. He could see their faces clearly, but he couldn’t hear what they were talking about.
Following that, the man received another email from a stranger. This time, it was the makeup artist’s information and an introduction of her family members. The information on the screen showed that there had been a large sum of money deposited into the account of the makeup artist’s relative two days ago.
Hence, Han Qing’s man reported the case to the police immediately. When the police officers were on their way to find the makeup artist, they realized she was about to escape quietly with the money.
